We have to interact with dozens of people every day, and each individual is different. In order to fulfill our objective, we must understand how one reacts to our statement and accordingly change the way we communicate.

First, with the proper knowledge of this subject, we start knowing ourselves. Once this process initiates, we get the chance to improve our self – physically (our appearance-wise) and psychologically (our intellect-wise).
Second, when we accomplished the process of self-knowing and self-awakening; we start empathizing with other individuals. Those who study body language can get a clue of other’s emotions. Third, body language enables the effectiveness of communication. Encoding and decoding of the particular messages become so easier and the chances of any type of noise reduced.
I, Pawan Raj, do hereby, strongly recommending to study and learn this non-verbal communication or body language soft skill. It’s imperative for human beings for being human!
